In terms of Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Policy on Disclosure of Material Events or Information, the Managing Director of the Company has been authorized to determine the materiality of an event or information and the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has been authorized for the purpose of making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges.
